Kunstnernes Hus

Time: 7 December 2021, 1–2pm
Venue: Kunstnernes Hus, Wergelandsveien 17, Oslo

In conjunction with UKS’ anniversary exhibition at Kunstnernes Hus, we have re-introduced HOW TO PRACTICE?—our weekly walk-in workshop in which rotating local and international practitioners talk about their conspicuous version of this essential question.

Relocating to Oslo just before the onset of the global pandemic, artist SARA-LOVISE ASK EWERTSON (b. 1991, SE) is now part of the installation team at Kunstnernes Hus. For the 33rd edition of HOW TO PRACTICE, she shares behind-the-scenes stories from a male-dominated environment and wonders why more girls don’t pick up a wrench.

This talk is spoken in Scandinavian languages or English, depending on the audience’s wishes. It is free to attend the event with a ticket to Kunstnernes Hus.
