LECTURE PERFORMANCE
AHMET ÖĞÜT: WHAT ABOUT PLUTOCRATS OF EXOPLANETS

Time: Saturday 13 November, 4–4.45pm
Venue: Kunstnernes Hus
Tickets: For sale via Kunstnernes Hus, here.

As a part of UKS’ 100th anniversary exhibition 100 YEARS OF CONVIVIALITY: what you see is what you can imagine at Kunstnernes Hus, we are hosting a series of events during the opening weekend and onwards.

Before the first public moment of a work of art, there is always a long, often complicated, journey of internal, unpublished negotiations and counter-strategies. What about Plutocrats of Exoplanets, a newly commissioned lecture performance by Ahmet Öğüt, focuses on some recent and historical cases around the notions of authorship, ownership, collective action, and codes of conduct, questions that often remain invisible to the audience of works of art.
