Studioteatret
Images from Studioteatret, an experimental scene in Oslo from 1945–1951. The theater was prepared during WWII by young actors and amateurs that wished to breathe new life into norwegian theatre, particularly inspired by the theories of Konstantin Stanislavskij. In the season 1946/1947 Studioteatret asked UKS to host small exhibitions in their space. Studioteatret played at Søilen Teater from 1945-1946 (Keysers gate 1), and later in Carl Johan Teatret from 1946-1951 (Karl Johans gate 35).
